This Smith machine JL006 combines at least six major types of workout equipment into one compact, multifunctional system. It features a guided Smith system for safe and stable barbell movements like squats and bench presses, a free-weight squat rack with J-hooks and spotter arms, a dual pulley cable system with two 70kg weight stacks for exercises like cable machine and rows, a pull-up bar with multiple grip options, a landmine attachment for rotational and core training, and a dip station for upper body strength work. Additionally, it includes high/low pulley functions (lat pulldown and low row), and various accessories like a straight bar, triceps rope, and handles—making it ideal for full-body training in home gyms or private studios.
SQUAT CAGE RACK
The included J-Hooks and Spotter Arms function in this Smith machine JL006 similarly to those found on a squat cage rack, enabling free-weight training outside the Smith system. ADJUSTABLE DUAL CABLE SYSTEM

Absolutely stoked with our purchase from alphago!!! Already we are seeing the results from only having our's a month. I would Thouroughly recommend going with Alphago if you are looking to transform not only your garage like we have, but yourself aswell. Although our purchase came with a detailed breakdown on what you can do on it there are so many variations of exercises you can actually do on it which is awesome as we don't need a gym membership anymore......winning!!

Very sturdy build. Can also use non Olympic weight plates if you don't install the Olympic size bar ends.
