Discounted local garage delivery is available in selected areas, including:

Australia-Wide Delivery

For customers outside our local delivery zones, we provide nationwide delivery across Australia using trusted third-party freight companies.

Shipping availability and costs depend on:

  • Delivery postcode
  • Item size and weight
  • Carrier availability

 

Shipping Costs & Quotes

Shipping costs are calculated based on item dimensions, weight, and destination.

  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • For large or heavy items, shipping rates may require a manual freight quote.
  • Shipping prices are live and may fluctuate due to carrier rate changes.

If you are unable to see an accurate shipping rate at checkout, or if the quoted rate seems unusually high, please contact us. In many cases, we can source alternative carriers or offer depot collection options at a lower cost.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier availability:

  • Metro areas: approximately 3–10 business days
  • Regional or rural areas: approximately 5–14 business days
  • Depot collection: typically, available within 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by peak periods, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Delivery Method & Limitations

Due to the safety and insurance policies of freight carriers:

  • Deliveries are kerbside or garage only
  • Drivers cannot carry items upstairs, into rooms, or inside the property
  • Assistance from the customer may be required for unloading large items

If you require special access, stairs, or inside placement, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on suitable options.

 

Depot Collection

Depot collection may be available for some locations and items.

This option allows customers to collect their order directly from the freight depot, often at a reduced shipping cost. Depot availability depends on the carrier and destination postcode.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a dispatch notification
  • Tracking details will be provided where available

Please note that tracking updates for freight deliveries may be less frequent than standard courier services.

  • Noting any visible damage on the delivery docket

If damage or missing items are discovered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.
