Choose the Right Location – Ensure the floor is flat, clean and dry.

Full Mat Cleaning – Prepare a cleaning solution using a mild detergent or a specialized rubber mat cleaner. You can also use a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) for a natural cleaning solution.

Regular Maintenance – Establish a routine for regular cleaning to prevent the buildup of dirt and contaminants. Depending on usage, clean the rubber gym mat at least once a week or more frequently if necessary.
