        How Long Should I Stay in an Infrared Sauna?

        If you are new to infrared saunas, start with a short session of around 5–10 minutes and increase gradually as tolerated. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, stay hydrated and leave the sauna if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.

        How Much Electricity Does an AlphaGo Fitness Infrared Sauna Use?

        The electricity consumption of our infrared saunas depends on the model and duration of use.

        For example, at an electricity rate of $0.30 per kWh, the estimated running cost is around $0.47, $0.61 and $0.76 per hour, respectively.

        Actual electricity consumption may vary depending on the heating cycle, preheating time and operating conditions. Check your electricity plan for your current usage rate.

        Does an Infrared Sauna Require Professional Installation?

        No, professional installation is not required for our infrared saunas. You can assemble your sauna yourself by following the installation manual provided or arrange an installation service through AlphaGo Fitness.

        Installation services are available in selected areas of Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Installation fees vary depending on your location and requirements.

        Who Should Avoid Using an Infrared Sauna or Take Extra Precautions?

        Infrared saunas may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, a medical condition affecting your ability to regulate body temperature, or are taking medication that may affect heat tolerance, consult your healthcare professional before use.
