To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Provide proof of purchase
- 24-hour notice before returning the product
- The return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser
- Ensure the item and its packaging are in new condition at the time of purchase
- Shipping cost is not refundable
- Return them in the original packaging (including manuals, bolts, and packing materials) at your own expense
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to monitor your shipment, and we credit it upon arrival at our warehouse, not when shipped
- Damaged or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and will be electronically credited to the credit card/bank account used for the original transaction

It is recommended that you provide a signature on delivery and keep your tracking number handy, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.
What happens next?
Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace the item or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty or significantly different from the description shown. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. The SuperAlphago team takes pride in hand-checking and thoroughly inspecting all shipments before they are sent to you.
