If you change your mind, we will gladly accept the return of your item. Under strict conditions. The item is within 14 days of purchase. The product has not been used, has not been cleaned, and is in new condition. The product must have all tags still on it. Returns will not be accepted on discounted items or in the event of a change of mind.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace the item or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty or significantly different from the description shown.
