HOW TO USE

• Leg Extension

1. Sit on the leg extension machine with your back firmly against the padded backrest. Take a moment to ensure your comfort and correct positioning.
2. Place your legs under the front padded lever, just above your ankles. Positioning them correctly is vital for proper technique and safety.
3. Adjust the machine settings to fit your specific body measurements. Secure your seat and check the adjustment points before you begin the exercise.
4. Extend your legs slowly to lift the lever. Remember to keep your back flat against the backrest throughout the movement for maximum stability and muscle engagement.
5. Lower the lever gently and return to the starting position. Perform repetitions at a controlled pace for effectiveness and safety.
