Dual-Directional Pulleys
To ensure smooth carriage movement, the entire Pilates Reformer is equipped with high-quality noise-reducing pulleys. Vertical and horizontal dual-directional pulleys secure the sliding path, ensuring noise-free and smoother gliding during use, as well as enhanced durability.
Piano Wire Spring - 100KG
For advanced practitioners of Pilates, strong resistance springs can better activate muscles. Using six piano wire springs simultaneously provides a tension of up to 100kg, meeting higher training intensity requirements, effectively activating muscles and achieving better training results.
Headrest & Shoulder Rest

- The return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser
- Ensure the item and its packaging are in new condition at the time of purchase

- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to monitor your shipment, and we credit it upon arrival at our warehouse, not when shipped

What happens next?
Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace the item or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty or significantly different from the description shown. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. The SuperAlphago team takes pride in hand-checking and thoroughly inspecting all shipments before they are sent to you.
