If you are unfortunate enough to find that the size does not fit when you receive your package, we are more than happy to return it within 14 days of purchase!

Can I return an item?

If you change your mind, we will gladly accept the return of your item. Under strict conditions. The item is within 14 days of purchase. The product has not been used, has not been cleaned, and is in new condition. The product must have all tags still on it. Returns will not be accepted on discounted items or in the event of a change of mind.

How do I return an item?

    • Provide proof of purchase
    • 24-hour notice before returning the product
    • The return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser

    • Return them in the original packaging (including manuals, bolts, and packing materials) at your own expense

What happens next?

Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace the item or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty or significantly different from the description shown. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. The SuperAlphago team takes pride in hand-checking and thoroughly inspecting all shipments before they are sent to you.
