  1. Choose & Prepare Location: Ensure the subfloor is flat, clean, and completely dry.
  2. Measure & Lay Out: Measure your workout space and align the mats to fit your floor layout.
  3. Secure the Mats: Line up the tiles and use a rubber mallet to press them tightly together. For extra stability, double-sided carpet tape or rubber adhesive can be applied along outer bevelled edges.
  4. Trimming (If Necessary): Measure and mark excess rubber before carefully cutting with a heavy-duty utility knife.
  5. Test & Inspect: Apply pressure or walk across the mats to confirm they are firmly seated without shifting.

If you change your mind, we will gladly accept the return of your item. Under strict conditions. The item is within 14 days of purchase. The product has not been used, has not been cleaned, and is in new condition. The product must have all tags still on it. Returns will not be accepted on discounted items or in the event of a change of mind.
