This smith machine combines at least six major types of workout equipment into one compact, multifunctional system. SQUAT CAGE RACK
The included J-Hooks and Spotter Arms function in this smith machine similarly to those found on a squat cage rack, enabling free-weight training outside the Smith system. I've been in and out of gyms my whole life and setting up my own gym was one of the best decisions I've made. This machine allows me to do everything with the cables which is better that static machines. The quality for the money is excellent - cables are smooth. I would say it's better than alot of commercial pieces I've used at gyms in this regard. I would highly recommend this machine. Great value for money also.

This is the first Smith machine cable machine combo I have owned and I must say I am impressed. The Smith machine gives me the confidence to press and squat heavier without assistance. The cables run smooth and are well positioned I'm 190cm tall and find the frame just wide enough for bench press not much room to spare though. That was the only criticism I can think of for what is really quite an impressive machine.

I drove 6 hours to Brisbane to pick up my JL006, we are so happy with the gym. Smooth operation. It was easy to assemble and doesnt take up much room in the garage. Great customer service and a great product
