Designed for experienced fitness enthusiasts, private studios, or commercial gyms, it features a smooth, guided Smith bar with dual safety locks, J-hooks and spotter arms for free weight exercises, a pull-up/chin-up station, and dual cable systems with adjustable pulleys for both upward and downward pulling movements. Additional features include an attachment storage board, weight plate storage, a knee pad, and a seated row foot plate. Each pulley system is equipped with a 100 kg metal weight stack in 2.5 kg increments, delivering professional-quality strength training in a compact, versatile, and durable all-in-one design.
Smith System
The Smith system is designed for smooth, controlled, and safe barbell training. The Smith bar is equipped with copper bushings, which reduce friction and allow the bar to glide smoothly along the guide rails, improving stability and durability during repetitive movements. The bar itself weighs 20 kg, measures 2.2 m in length, and features volcano knurling, providing a firm, comfortable grip that enhances traction without being overly abrasive.
The sleeve on the barbell is welded with a hook stopper to prevent the bar from over-rotating and straining the wrists. For added safety, the system is built with dual safety catches and a damping spring, ensuring the bar can be re-racked quickly at multiple heights while the spring absorbs impact and reduces shock when dropping or lowering the bar. Adjustable 2.5 kg Increment Weight Stacks
Most pin-loaded Smith machines increase weight in 5 kg increments. This machine features a convenient top-pin system on the weight stack. By pulling out the pin and repositioning it, you can train in 2.5 kg increments for more precise progression. When not needed, simply return the pin to its original position.
Central Pulley Seated Row Station
Unlike the seated row stations on other machines, this Smith machine features a central pulley system that combines both sides of the cable, providing greater stability during seated row exercises.
