Description

This machine can help you effectively target both the quadriceps and hamstring muscles, contributing to overall leg strength and muscle balance.

HOW TO USE

  • Leg Extension

  1. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest.
  2. Place your legs under the front padded lever, just above your ankles.
  3. Adjust the machine settings to fit your body.
  4. Extend your legs to lift the padded lever while keeping your back flat against the backrest.
  5. Slowly lower the lever back to the starting position.

 

  • Leg Curl

  1. Adjust the machine to the leg curl position if necessary.
  2. Sit on the machine with your legs positioned under the back padded lever.
  3. Curl your legs towards your buttocks, pulling the padded lever with your lower legs.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.

If you change your mind, we will gladly accept the return of your item. Under strict conditions. The item is within 14 days of purchase. The product has not been used, has not been cleaned, and is in new condition. The product must have all tags still on it. Returns will not be accepted on discounted items or in the event of a change of mind.

This is a great machine… once assembled.. instructions could be better…. Great quality, smooth action… comfortable adjustments and quality padding on rollers
