To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Provide proof of purchase
- 24-hour notice before returning the product
- The return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser
- Ensure the item and its packaging are in new condition at the time of purchase
- Shipping cost is not refundable
- Return them in the original packaging (including manuals, bolts, and packing materials) at your own expense
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to monitor your shipment, and we credit it upon arrival at our warehouse, not when shipped

What happens next?
Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace the item or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty or significantly different from the description shown. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. The SuperAlphago team takes pride in hand-checking and thoroughly inspecting all shipments before they are sent to you. I wanted to check out this pilates cadillac reformer so I visited their shop near Ikea Logan and ordered right away at the shop after checking it out. The staff Amy was very friendly and helpful. It was out of stock at that time so waited about 3 weeks for the stock to be arrived. During that time they were quick in responding emails and updated the process. Item comes in a huge shipping crate with nails on so hubby had to bring out tools to open. The base comes already done which is good and it was pretty heavy to move but we managed to bring inside. Assembly needed for the metal frame and will need 2 people to do that. There’s instruction booklet inside, mostly good with little confusion but we figured out quickly with the skills we learned from ikea. So far, I’m happy with my purchase and will consider Super Alphago for future purchases. Thank you.
